Special Instruction / Behavior

Addresses the need for specially designed instruction, learning environments and activities that promote the acquisition of skills by a child with a disability or delay in a variety of developmental areas, including cognitive, social emotional, behavior, communication and social interaction.  Special Instruction and Behavior Support services provide the family with information, instruction, and support related to enhancing the skill development of the child.

Information to provide guidelines on and awareness of skill areas:

Talk to your child’s Doctor or Nurse if you notice any concerns with your child’s development.

Contact the Early Intervention Program in your area if your child is between the ages of birth to three. Request us to provide services for your child!
